What you offer us

Diploma or Degree-level education or equivalent life experience!

Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar content writer, copywriter or other creative writing role in a non-profit, health or community organization

Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a plain English approach

Able to produce engaging and credible copy from a blank page, including an understanding of how to adapt for different audiences and purposes

A master at web search to unearth brilliant sources

You excel in a high-growth environment, working at start-up pace, embracing change and adjusting course regularly

Experience managing lots of tasks at once, able to prioritize your workload accordingly and work to a deadline

You’re an infinite learner — you enjoy researching and learning about diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion in particular

Part-time hours:
10 - 15 per week
Part-time, Freelance Salary:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour
Work from home schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend availability
